Tom King's notes on some of the wines
The 1999 Insolite was very good and the excessive oak present early on in its life has with time integrated well.
The 1990 Chinon [magnum] from Couly on first opening looked to be on its last legs but it blossomed as the evening wore on and seemed to take on more substance.
1989 Galichets [magnum] was excellent - still holding up really well and surprised us how good it was.
1989 Fouquet Moelleux - plenty of life still ahead and drinking very well.
