A few months ago Ajo Plunkett took over as head chef at the RSJ Restaurant from Alex Cano. Before coming to the RSJ Ajo worked for the ETM Group, who own 11 gastro pubs in the London area. The best known being The Gun in Canary Wharf and the Chiswell Dining Room.
