Due to opera-rational reasons the tasting - dinner with Christophe Daviau, Domaine de Bablut has been changed from Monday 8th to Tuesday 9th March.
Christophe is one of the leading growers in Anjou. He is an acknowledged authority on sweet wines – a walk in the vineyard with Christophe at harvest time is fascinating as he explains the various stages of noble rot. The Daviau family has been involved in wine in Brissac-Quincé since 1546.
